For the 40 hour class, there is a $100 cancellation fee per student if registration is canceled within 7 days of the date of the class. Students who do not show up to the class will also be charged a $100 cancellation fee. This fee can be applied to payment if the student completes a 40 hour class with OccuHealth within one year of the original class date. 8-Hour HAZWOPER Refresher All Classes are $100.00 per person and begin at 8:00 am.
